Where does my order remains?

You can track your order from the moment it is shipped. You will find the tracking link with the shipment number in your shipping confirmation.

The shipping status says that your package will be sent back to us. What now?

We are sorry that your order did not arrive! The reason for the non-delivery is usually unknown to us. After receiving and processing your order, we will automatically refund you the full amount of the invoice. A new shipment is unfortunately not possible. Please, place your order again via our online store.

Are returns free of charge?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer free returns yet, the return shipping costs must be paid by the customer. Your return must be sent to the following address:

How soon will I get my refund?

As soon as we have received and registered your return, the amount will be refunded to the payment method selected at the time of purchase.

Should you have used a voucher with your order? Then the refund will be made automatically on the voucher in the case of a return. You can then use the voucher code again directly with the next order. If the amount is higher than your voucher, the difference will be transferred to the account used for payment.

Where is my order?

From the moment your order is shipped, you can track it via the tracking number. You will find the tracking link with the shipment number in your shipping confirmation.

Gift Card & Discount
I have a gift card or discount code. How do I use it?

Each gift card comes with a unique code that the recipient can add at checkout. Gift cards are redeemable online at info@woodlikeocean.com and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

What happens to my gift card in the event of a refund/return?

Should you have used a gift card with your order? If so, the refund will be automatically applied to the gift card in the event of a return. You can then use the code again directly with the next order. If the amount is higher than your voucher, the difference will be transferred to the account used for payment.

Can I use more than one discount on the same order?

No, unfortunately, it is not possible to combine discount codes.

Sustainability
Which textiles do you use?

Woodlike swimwear & activewear is currently made exclusively from high-quality Italian fabrics which are made from 78% regenerated ECONYL® nylon yarn and 22% Xtra Life Lycra®.

The regenerated nylon ECONYL® yarn is made from 100% nylon waste rescued from oceans and landfills, such as 'ghost nets' from the sea (fishing nets), carpet flakes, and fabric scraps. These materials are transformed into new high-quality regenerative nylon yarns through an innovative process that is particularly water efficient.

On each product page, you will also find a detailed description of the textiles used to make our Swimwear & Activewear. 

Where do you produce?

Our products are completely Made in Europe. 

The production takes place in a small socially responsible family business in Turkey. For us, responsible production conditions and fair treatment of partners and employees are central. Personal contact with our producers is very important to us, which is why we visit them for every single collection to see for ourselves on-site. 

Are your products vegan?

Yes, our swimwear & activewear are vegan.

Are you certified?

We work mostly with certified materials and meet most requirements, but we are not certified ourselves.

How do you pack and ship orders?

We also try to keep our packaging as minimal as possible.

For our online orders, we use a fully degradable and compostable shipping bag the 'Dirtbag'.  The Dirtbag is made from corn starch and will completely degrade in your home compost within 3-6 months. 

For us; less is more!
